The Atlanta Water Jocks ("AWJ" or "Jocks") is a member of the United States Masters Swimming (USMS) organization. The team was formed in January 2003 with the following overall objectives:

- To compete in Masters Swimming and Open Water Events
- To improve oneself in the sport of swimming

- To experience camaraderie and develop new and long lasting friendships
Latest Team Highlights
Congratulations to Katya Vazhenin as a member of AWJ representing our Team across the Globe. Katja just came back from Russia, where she participated at the Open Paralympics National Championships. She is returning with 5 medals (2 of which are Gold) and another DSISO Seniors World Record. She will swim at US Paralympic Nationals starting on December 17th through the 19th in Greensboro, NC where she will have a shot for 2 more golds (She became the US Masters Champion on the 200 FLY at that pool this past July) Here are some of her biggest accomplishments in the past few years: 2017

Moreover, at Emory we are fortunate enough to swim outdoors every Sunday morning from April 1st through October 31st from 8:30 to 10:00.
